Once an invoice has been created, Merchants can do the following:
- Add a coupon code
- Adjust quantity/sizes
- Make changes to the shipping address
To make changes, start with clicking the Invoice number of the invoice you want to adjust.
You'll expand to Admin view of the Invoice
You can click Change under the Item Description and/or Change to adjust the Address
You can also View as Shopper
Under View as Shopper, you can make adjustments as if you were the customer.
Once you click Save, these changes will be reflected on both your Soldsie Dashboard and the customer's view of the invoice.
