Why aren't comments showing up in my dashboard?

Please double-check that the following are true:

You have posted through the Soldsie app. You can access Soldsie by going to www.soldsie.com, or choosing from the apps center on your Facebook homepage.

Your fans are commenting on the original post published by Soldsie. Sometimes fans or other businesses promote your product by sharing the photo; customers must click on the photo to visit the original post for their comments to be pulled into the Soldsie dashboard. 

Comments are not being marked as spam. The same Facebook user making the same comment multiple times in a short span of time will be marked as a spammer. Their comments will appear gray to page administrators (and will be invisible to the public). To unmark a non-spam comment, move your cursor over it and click "Not Spam."
