Why does my invoice tell me that the item is sold out?
If you received this invoice it means that the item is currently sold out, but you are automatically placed on the waitlist for the item. You will receive an email notification if the item becomes available. Once you receive this notification and you still want to purchase this item, we recommend that you pay the invoice as soon as possible as it is on a first come first serve basis. Also, you can choose to pre-authorize a payment for the item that will place you in the front of the waitlist.
I authorized payment on the waitlist, when will I know if I got the item?
You will receive another email either confirming that you got the item or letting you know that the order could not be fulfilled. If you have not received an email yet, it’s because there’s a chance you could still get the item.
I authorized payment, but I got an email telling me I didn’t get the item. When will the authorization be released from my account?
The authorized is released through the store’s credit card processing system between 24-72 hours, depending on their settings. After this point, your bank or credit card company will release the authorization within 1-5 days. If the authorization is not dropped once you receive the email notification that you did not get the item, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about releasing the authorization.
